Shalomania’s national dessert is chocolate gold coins. Unfortunately, it does not require any locally grown crops or livestock produced in Shalomania. All of the chocolate is imported from other countries around the world, and once the chocolate is molded into the correct shape, it gets wrapped with a thin layer of gold wrapping. Agricultural advancements make this item easier to create because they make getting our chocolate much easier than before. Our dish is influenced by the folklore of Ziv Shalom. When Ziv first discovered Shalomania, he only brought money for transportation, but as time went on, he grew hungrier and hungrier. Ziv had gone 2 days without eating until he finally ate his coins for transportation. To commemorate Ziv’s triumphs and struggles of finding Shalomanioa, the national dessert has been created after him, thus leading to the creation of the chocolate gold coin. Now this dessert is eaten on several religious holidays, such as Passover, and it has become one of the most favorite desserts in all of Shalomania.
